Oh, I just loved Auggie and Via and Summer and really the whole cast of characters. I appreciated how real these folks are: no one is saintly or completely terrible (well, Julian is close, but realistically so). I especially like how some of the "good guys" go a bit bad for a while.
I was also impressed by the sophisticated construction of the narrative, particularly for a first-time author. The writing is beautiful, too. All in all, a completely satisfying story.
