This volume is def better than the last but not quite a 4 yet. Basically you begin to get introduced to all the friends which turn out to be pretty good characters, especially the guy. I also really dug the mom, she became a instant favorite by the end. I think the main character still a bit too wimpy for the overall tone but getting better.
