That cliffhanger from [b:Thief|59651625|Thief (Sterling Falls, #1)|S. Massery|https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/compressed.photo.goodreads.com/books/1637278597l/59651625._SX50_.jpg|93792249] had me jumping straight into Fighter and I guarantee this is another series that you won't want to read through slowly. This was one of those books that kept me up reading way too late because I just needed "one more chapter" and when I finally finished it at 2am I hated myself for having to stop before diving into book 3.

With more romance (and yes, smut), Fighter gives us more info about Sterling Falls and its gangs as well as Kora and her past. But there are still so many questions - in fact every answer almost leads to another question, making this series is deliciously suspenseful without being frustrating... except for the fact that there is adulting to be done and I can't binge through the rest in one day.
