How can the KING OF THE UNDERWORLD suck so bad at keeping this girl safe?

Why must I be drawn to B rated vampire drama? Thank you Leigh for constantly reminding me that Audrina is still in high school and is a coveted DOUBLE VIRGIN.

The woman in me was not warring with the mother and feminist in me while reading this one.

My thoughts "YESSS girl, have fun, take shots, live your best life!!!" "Wait I forgot you were still in high school, you're just gonna drop out and give up all your future plans for this trillion year old on guy?" and finally "OMG her little sister has more insight and maturity. Why do they keep acting like she should be sheltered? Can we switch her out for Audrina??"

Anyways, I liked the series. I don't regret binge reading it. If the CW wanted to do something with it, I'd totally watch.
