This was my second time reading this book. I originally read it in 2019 and loved it, so I knew that I had to buy it and read it again.
I enjoyed this book just as much the second time around.
I felt bad for Jess for everything that she had gone through. Gray was in such a tricky situation, so I felt for him as well.
Gray’s old hockey coach was such a coward in how he acted towards Gray and Jess (unknowingly). I definitely understood why Gray quit the team.
Jess and Gray were so cute together! They had so many precious moments with each other.
I also really liked Jess’ sister because she was so much fun.
One of my favorite things about this book was the fake dating because I am such a sucker for the fake dating trope.
Overall, I loved this book and how it dealt with difficult topics.
Moderate: Mental illness, Panic attacks/disorders, Rape, Sexual assault
Minor: Blood
