Princess and the Player
by Ilsa Madden-Mills
Surprise pregnancy isn't a trope that I usually look for, but I was here for Tuck's story! I mean, meeting a guy at a sex club and then getting pregnant with his baby after only that one night of fun, and then dating him but not telling him your secret? Top tier plot right there. This was super fun and cute, while also being a little heartwrenching and delving into some deep topics. I really loved the chemistry between Francesca and Tuck, and this perpetual "will she tell him or not" type of tug of war that we see throughout almost the entire book. I will admit, after awhile I was getting frustrated that she just wouldn't tell him and kept lying, but I did understand her reasons and I'm also a huge fan of the drama, so... overall, a good second installment in the series and I'm looking forward to the next one!
