This book was really good. I liked all the characters a lot. I enjoyed the supernatural element and thought that having a dog “familiar” was so fun! The main character is newish to town but she had already established relationships so it felt more believable that so many people were on her side. The book also left you with a looming mystery so it feels more fun to wait for the next book.
