This book was my first exposure to attachment theory, and I was so glad it was through the lense of polyamory, because that helped me immensely relating it to my own experiences and actually get something out of it for my existing (and future relationships). Many good parts, there were also some not topics treated in a very uninformed way (asexuality as an example), but all in all it was a solid read.
