Batman: Heart of Hush
by Dustin Nguyen, Paul Dini, Derek Fridolfs
Time has not been kind to the original Batman: Hush story. It’s a beautifully drawn book marred by an underwhelming mystery and uninteresting villain. So I wasn’t terribly excited to read a sequel to that story, but Paul Dini has managed to rehabilitate Hush’s character into a deeply tragic villain and remind me why I loved the Batman/Catwoman pairing so many years ago. I really enjoyed reading this over the weekend and highly recommend it to both fans of Hush and those wanting a more in-depth look at the character of Tommy Elliot.
