Temptation
by E.M. Lindsey
Brilliant! Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
E.M Lindsey’s writing is so consistently amazing and she always brings us a beautifully crafted story with each release. This is no exception.
There’s two very relatable and likeable main characters who took me on a very emotional ride this time around. Colton’s childhood has left him damaged and vulnerable with no self esteem but he’s resilient. Marcel, who is legally blind, has always just wanted his version of “normal” and not constantly being pushed towards high achievements to prove himself. Both men feel their connection to each other but there’s a long, slow burning fuse before they heat things up. There’s also some struggles to negotiate, with help from previous books characters, before they get their HEA.
I was hooked from the very beginning and couldn’t put this page turner down.
Colton and Marcel grabbed me and wouldn’t let me go until the final page.
I cried for them, I smiled for them, I felt their pain and I felt their love.
I cannot recommend this book and the previous books set in this universe highly enough.
