This book is engrossing, entertaining and it keeps you hooked till the end.
It's the first I read in this series and I had no issues with both the characters or the plot.
Mr Cornwell can surely write a book that is both entertaining and unputdownable.
I loved the well researched historical background, the fleshed out cast of characters, and the well crafted plot.
I look forward to reading the other books in this series.
