What in the world happened to Green Lantern titles after Johns and Peter left?

This is pretty bad. John gets to be the leader of the corps, kind of, and tries to show why he's one of the best Lanterns...but oh my he comes across SO boring here. On top of that, Hal is even dumber here than the norm. Kyle's mission is...actually I didn't even fully understand what the hell he was doing here.

The story is disjointed and by the end I just kept thinking...who cares?
