This book just proved to me why Keri Arthur is one of my favorite authors. The little details really helped to build a unique world. The way the book is written the knowledge characters have of the past comes out in certain moments and leaves you wanting to know more or what else characters know. I can’t wait to learn more about Sam’s past and her abilities in the next books. The intrigue between the two factions and all the characters was well written and so complicated. The plot twists kept me on my toes the whole story and there are so many mysteries left waiting to be solved in this series. I’m loving everything about the Spook Squad and am so excited for the next books!
