I loved this book. Tae is a strong but vulnerable woman who wants to protect her mother & be at a place in her life where she feels secure. Her mom April loves Tae & just wants to be the best mother to her & to fix her own life to be a good mom.
Riggs is figuring what it is be with back in his hometown & be with his brother.
I liked the relationships in the book. The are also some laugh out loud moments & moments you can identify with.
