All Fired Up
by Sue Jaskula
From page one this story sucks you in and takes you on a thrilling ride of who killed David and why. I couldn’t put this story down and was forming all sorts of theories in my head as more pieces of the puzzle were introduced.
Christine discovers her husband is not only scamming people, but he is also have an affair with his coworker. However, the night she confronts him with this information he ends of dead in a fire at their home. Fingers are quickly pointed at Christine, her father (who works for the policy) and her best friend/neighbor, Jake, who also happens to be a firefighter as was one of the first to scene of the crime. I felt for Christine throughout this story. She was being blamed for the crimes but she knew she was innocent, but the public throughout her position as the crown attorney could cause her to commit the perfect murder.
I loved all the characters throughout this story and they all played a major role in the mystery. I was super excited to find out my suspicious of how was behind everything were correct.
If you’re looking for a mystery/thriller, suspense story with a little romance sprinkled in this is one to check out.
