Really 3.5 as the book kind of lagged and dropped lots of names, especially in the last 1/3 of the book. Since Rosemary was basically ignored by her family for 20 + years post surgery, and was not mentioned in any kind of correspondence, there was it much for the author to unearth. Unreal treatment of a person - one with lots of wealth and opportunity.
