The idea of this book was so interesting! What would you do if your boyfriends mom offered you £10,000 to break up with him?
But i was a bit disappointed. This storyline was a bit smaller than i hoped, and it was more just hoping to get back with the same ex. The side characters were super nice and really loved following them, but in the end the story was a bit more about them than the main character.

I wished that Lola and Dougie didn't end up together. That felt like the easy way to end the book, and he didn't even know where the money went! He said that he doesn't trust her and doesn't like her but still end up together. BLAAH.

I also feel like the storyline of Gabe being a paparazzi was a bit unnecessary and kind of boring.

Still, 3 stars. The book was fun to read, and I think if I had known the book wasn't about £10,000 and its consequences more, I would have loved it more.
