I don't know what to say. This book was just amazing. 

Although it's a slow burn, which isn't my favorite, I completely devoured this book. I wasn't bored a single second, and I couldn't put it down. In the end, I wanted to read slowly on purpose so that it wouldn't end.

The plot is awesome. I'm a big fan of Arwen and her character development. She's such a great FMC. 
And Kane. Hell, I'm a sucker for a good villain, and Kane instantly stole my heart.

The book is a single pov, but I still had the feeling that I could put myself in Kane's shoes sufficiently. The writing style is excellent!

I also enjoyed the side characters and their story. Everything was coherent, and nothing felt off.

And the end of the book... It was so rousing my heart raced. It was such a grand final. 

I need the second book NOW! I just can't wait. You have to read this book!
