No, sorry.  Actually, I'm not sorry at all. 
I'm 20% in, nothing really thrilling or mysterious has happened yet, the characters are dumb, the plot is shallow, the narrative suffers from jumping between 2 timelines and various flashbacks, POV also jumps rather too much, and I've seen better female representation in 19th century literature.
