Would I call this a Self Help book? Not really.

At it's core this book is a bit of fun, some questions to ponder and ask friends. Some can be thought provoking just as anything else is, but none of these questions are deeply insightful to who you are as a person. If that is what you are looking for their are better journals that can help you work on that.

If you're looking for something to allow you to get to know your friends and loved ones better and have some fun doing so this is the book you want.
