The art was beautiful and I found the premise interesting, but the story felt really choppy ( I felt like we jumped from the Reaper telling Hamal that he needed to to help fix that tree to him doing it and there wasn't explanation for what he was doing or why?? I thought Blue and Hamal were cute, I just didn't really see a lot of development in terms of character, relationship, or story.
