» PLOT «
Following the death of her sister, Callie is forced to revisit her aunt's home, where her sister died. As Callie's nights are filled with nightmares and odd occurrences, Callie thinks she is being haunted by her sister. Desperate to escape the night that her sister died, Callie has to figure out whether she wants to reopen old wounds and face the truth.

The story is believable, but the main character was pretty unlikable. There was a lot of things that happened in this book that should've really have happened. For example, (view spoiler). It was so clear that Callie was just jealous of her sister and kept secrets from her to feel superior or good about herself.

» READABILITY «
This wasn't the easiest for me to read. The paranormal/ghost stuff isn't my thing.

» CHARACTERS «
The characters were a pleasant surprise. Aside from the main character, everyone else was level-headed and quite normal. No one was too annoying or unrealistic.

As for the main character, she was really annoying. Her motives for keeping her secrets weren't really that understandable. For someone who claims to have her sister's back, she keeps a lot from her, and for no real important reason. Callie really doesn't care about anyone but herself and that makes her really unlikeable.

» WRITING «
The writing was ok, nothing special.

» OVERALL «
This was both cute and underwhelming.
