Good resources and knowledge. The book is full of simple explanations and basic stuff and at the same time, more compliment stuff. I also love the list of ingredients that you can switch and in what form ( whole, powder,.....)

Is a great book for somebody who has just started and at the same time great inspiration for somebody who already has some experience.
