Continuing with my Pride Month reading journey, this book was so powerful. I learned a lot about LGBTQIA policy advocacy through this deeply personal story. So many hard fought battles for basic human rights. It was inspiring and depressing all at once. Be prepared for a good cry too. Very good…highly recommend.
