My Killer Vacation is an insta-love story, but it's cute nonetheless.

Taylor is a second-grade teacher who babies her little brother for no apparent reason, and when they stumble upon a murder scene on their vacation. Taylor instantly thinks she can solve the case because she's listened to like four crime podcasts. Because that's what makes a good detective, right?

Myles..... is interesting, but in such a dull way. He's a bounty hunter who took on this detective job because he owed a favor. He becomes quickly obsessed with Taylor ('s body) but constantly thinks that he is wrong for wanting her. It gives me weird vibes that he's lusting over her, but it's a romance story, so I guess it needs something.

They literally fall in love and become obsessed with each other over the span of 5 days. Insta-love stories always fall kind of short for me, but the murder mystery aspect of the book pulled it back up to the four-star rating.
