I decided to pick this up from the library because goodreads kept recommending it to me. I have kind of stayed away from most YA romance books for a while because during that period of my life when i read ALOT of YA books, I felt they all melted into each other and I just read the same tropes over and over again
The plot of this book is really great and original , and all in all, I thought the book was really sweet. I also loved the characters, but it just felt incomplete, in the end. The writing is quite simple (as it is intended to be, I think) and all in all, I just wanted to feel more engaged. In no way do I think this is a bad book, I just don't think it's for me. I kinda feel bad for the low rating, but I really wanted it to be more than what it ended up being.
