Lyds, the main character, is a vampire with a serious food obsession. It's a unique twist, but the pacing was a bit slow and the romance a bit underwhelming. I'd have loved to see more of her relationship with her mom instead.
If you're looking for something different and don't mind a slow burn, it's worth a read.
