I thought Legend was a pretty fast paced interesting read from the first page right up until the last. I really liked both Day and June, and the alternating POVs helped with really getting a feel for both of them and what exactly was going through each if their minds while all the craziness ensued. I did find it a little odd how mature these 15 year old characters seemed, but at the same time in a world where by the age of 10 your fate is decided for the rest of your life, and all the warring and plague business, it might make you grow up pretty quickly. I will definitely be checking out the next book in the series, I'm really curious to see where things go from here!
