When I saw this book I find it so funny that somebody made a book on the Maine Lobster Roll. I don,t know if you're ever been in Main or eaten a Lobster Roll, in Maine or somewhere else, but those are delicious!! Amazing! It's simple, but it taste so good it really became a little pleasure of mine to eat one, or many anytime I'm somewhere where they made them Maine, New Brunswick, Gaspésie especially. In this book, you find information/history of the Lobster Roll, best place to eat one in Maine and even recipes to makes you're how with some «special» touch. Simple, funny, and enjoyable. Also the pictures are good quality, and makes you hungry. I think the hardcore fan will appreciate it!
