While ACOWAR wraps up the series, I feel like it is easily the weakest book in the series. Despite the fact that this book is all about our characters going to war, at no point does it feel like anyone is in any actual danger. Not a single major or minor character dies (and stays dead) throughout out entire book. The sense of safety left me with a disconnect from the events of the books, and the tension just wasn’t there.

It was a pacy read, but definitely a weak plot!
