I’d been eagerly awaiting Harlow and Bailey’s story and I was not disappointed. The romance between the sassy demon twink and the gentle giant of school teacher certainly didn’t come easy. Bailey has his insecurities to overcome and at times my heart nearly split in two for what they had to go through before getting their well deserved HEA. So there’s plenty of feels. There’s also plenty of steam, especially when their relationship morphs from friends with benefits to bonded mates!

The romance element is balanced perfectly with some action and the story arc surrounding some other supernatural characters. This is a thoroughly enjoyable read that kept me fully engaged from start to finish. I’m looking forward to Mori having his story told next.
