She by H.C. Warner
4.0

ARC received from Harper Collins Australia for an honest review

I was hooked on She from the minute I started it - I was dragging it to and from work so I could read more each night/each lunch break.

Our man Ben gets himself into all kinds of dramas when his eyes lock with the "lovely" Bella across a crowded bar, and is life is never going to be the same again.

Boy, is Bella a piece of work.  I could feel myself tensing up, as each and ever move of hers began to take force.  I found myself talking to myself as I was reading.  I even yelled out loud at one time saying "oh please don't let me go where I think it is going!"  Note - it did!

Now, I did find myself  skimming most of Part 2 of the story, as it was part one told from the female POV, with a bit more detail throw in to really throw the reader.

Man, oh man, is Bella a psychopath or what!  It was all kinds of Fatal Attraction vibes coming through the story, and I never knew what the crazy b!tch was going to do next!

I loved he secondary characters (well, except for one, and you will find out why when you are reading).  Ben's family and friends are just the cure for the bunny boiler Bella!

I found myself rushing to turn the next page, needing to know how the characters were going to get out of the situation he has found himself.

She covers some darker aspects of life, such as physical and emotional abuse.  It is mostly a suspense filled book with some romance of sorts thrown in for good measure.

Let's just hope we never, ever meet at Bella in real life
