  • it was so uninteresting and i was not at all invested in the relationship or the characters.
  • described as an enemies to lovers — it isn’t, it barely is.
  • dialogue is all “quirky relatable dialogue” that gets tiring to read after a while.
  • the world-building feels inauthentic  
  • politics was confusing as i’m not american and no effort went into explaining how it worked
