The Hurricane Wars

2.75 stars - my ratings are gut feelings on what I think I would give a book. It’s not a 1 star because I didn’t hate it. But it’s more than a 2 star but less than 3.
This book had parts I liked, but a lot of it just dragged. It also read very young and it’s like the enemies to lovers switch just flipped but they are still actively trying to avoid each other with real reason. They miscommunicate so often that I thought this was YA over adult fiction. I’ll probably listen to the next one but I don’t think I’ll buy it. I don’t like leaving series unfinished.
Also if chapter 38 and a half is supposed to be the very sexy bonus chapter, I want to know what they consider to be sexy because I felt that bonus chapter was honestly a waste and wasn’t sexy at all. book had parts I liked, but a lot of it just dragged.
