Recommend! Excellent book, set in Nazi Germany; tells the story of a German girl, Leisl, who is a "book thief". Good intro for older youth interested in the Holocaust as it focuses more on relationships that the details of Nazi Germany. It has enough details because of what happens to her without scaring younger readers with explicit details. Very much enjoyed this book. It's available as an MP3 download through the library.
