A Study in Charlotte by Brittany Cavallaro
5.0

I ABSOLUTELY ADORED THIS BOOK OMG

I haven't been giving 5 star ratings lately because I've been more picky about what books deserve five stars but this one deserves more than five.

Although I didn't know much about Sherlock Holmes before going into this, I found that I was learning a bit about it and I still thoroughly enjoyed it.

My favorite part of this book was the dynamic and friendship between James Watson and Charlotte Holmes. They are such amazing friends and every time they had a fight I would be begging the book to turn it around.

Similarly, when they had realistic moments while Charlotte was dealing with her drug addiction, I felt so emotional because I have never read a book with a better, more realistic and lovable friendship.

The bond between these two is unbreakable and I'm in love with this duo.

I also found myself getting really into the whole mystery of things. Brittany Cavallaro did an amazing job creating the mystery and it was extremely entertaining. The level of understanding in this book was perfect. I felt I could understand why someone was a suspect and what was happening throughout the book while still being surprised by the ending.

I've never written a full goodreads review before but why not start with this amazing book! I can't wait to meet Brittany Cavallaro in a couple of weeks!
