I really enjoyed this book as well!! I am fast becoming a fan of Ms. MacKenzie and have already started the third book. What I really liked about this one was the murder mystery aspect to it (a pretty decent nod to the Ripper if I may comment) as well as the way the heroine still was herself at the end but realized that maybe her approach and attitude on everything could be altered (if that makes sense). I will be sad to leave this family when I finish the third one but will be look for other books from her as well!!
