I was pleasantly surprised by this! I had no idea what to expect, but from the author's note at the beginning to the grand gesture at the end, I really really liked this book. It handled some really tough subjects (disordered eating, addiction, fatphobia) with care and also had a very sweet romance. The romance is a big part of the plot, but so is Britta's health journey, and I liked the balance between the two.

This is my first book by this author, but I definitely want to check out more of her writing.
