Alice, one of the popular girls in school and Iris, who is anything but are brought together in circumstances I am sure they’d both have rather avoided.

However, when a local teen (and Alice’s ex-best friend) goes missing and turns up dead, this unlikely pair teams up to unravel the mystery when local law enforcement don’t seem to be taking it very seriously.

I love books written from multiple perspectives so it was interesting switching between Alice and Iris as they work together to figure out how Brooke died.

There was lots of speculation and lots of clue hunting. I found the beginning a little slow but after it started to speed up, I really got into it and it was so much fun to read!

Thank you to Tandem Collective UK and Rock the Boat for providing me with this proof as part of the Rock the Boat virtual showcase event last year!
