I love a sweet, low angst, friends to lovers story once in a while. This definitely was it. Theo and Alex become friends through one of Theo’s friends, who he actually used to have a crush on but is now dating his brother. It’s not nearly as complicated as it sounds, I promise! Alex is the super smart, younger, nerdy but hot guy who’s just looking for a hook up. They become roommates and friends, and Theo realizes that Alex didn’t get to have much of a childhood. He makes it his mission to give Alex all kinds of fun kid experiences. And sparks sort of fly along the way.

I love this story. It’s not full of “will they, won’t they?“ which is nice. KM Neuhold does a great job making me fall in love which every character.
