Honestly though, I watched the show before reading the book. I tried reading it back in 2014 but I don’t think that I finished it. The handmaid’s tale is giving me proper nightmare and I’m a little traumatized from the show itself, so I’m not sure why I decided to read the book too. Anyway I don’t know how to review this, so there’s that.
