Okay, so I am an emotional wreck right now and at a complete loss for words. Perhaps not the best moment to try to write a review (also, it’s the middle of the night). After a few futile attempts at trying to express myself, this is the best I could come up with, sorry guys... Obviously, I wasn’t born to be a writer. Thankfully Markus Zusak was! This is one of the most beautifully written stories I’ve ever read.

Regarding my current mental state:
I cried a few times while reading this book - it doesn’t take much to make me cry, sad commercials for instance - but the last twenty pages or so were an utter tearfest. I’ll get over it in a couple of days.
