I think I'm going to love this series but for now it's a 4⭐️ for me. I appreciate the map, the glossary as well as the pronunciation guide at the beginning of this one. I was constantly flipping back and forth to reference them.
I am however left with questions and still a bit confused when I finished this. I read this as a buddy read with 3 friends and feel like had I read this on my own I would have been lost. I found myself flipping back to see who's POV I was reading a few time. 
I'm obsessed with Raeve, the sass on this girl 🙌🏼 there are so many lines in this one that I have to take a minute to jot down! The banter is on point.

Kaan had me swooning until she put her finger in his beard ☹️

Parchment larks are my absolute favorite and picture them to look like origami swans.

Raeve and Veya having dragonsight in common when no one else does feels like it will be important.

I can't wait for this story to continue but I do feel like I will need to read this again.
