I won my copy through a Storygraph giveaway MONTHS ago but was never interested enough to finish before now.
Would’ve given it a 4.5 but I HATE the ‘no quotation marks’ stylistic choice.
The characters made flawed and realistic decisions, which I found enjoyable, and while the themes in this book are heavy, it flows well and I can’t come up with something better than “it may not be an easy read but it was easy to read”
