annarella 's review for:
A Hint of Mischief
by Daryl Wood Gerber
Let's start with the cover: they're always gorgeous and makes me imagine the setting.
I love this series and liked this instalment even if it's not my favorite.
A complex and entertaining story that I enjoyed. There's a lot going on, there's new things and some closure.
The mystery is full of twists but it drags a bit in the middle of the book and takes the back seat at times.
I was glad to catch up with the characters and I'm curious about the fae lore that the author is developing and we are learning book by book.
Recommended.
Many thanks to the publisher and Netgalley for this ARC, all opinions are mine
