I have enough friends who are actively non-monogamous (in various different arrangements) that I'd heard about this book for a while, but I just now finally got around to reading it myself. While I'll admit that there's a lot of the general self-help "woo" that, while not _bad_, doesn't really do much for me (a personal quirk, not really a reflection on the book itself; self-help books aren't generally my thing), both the intent and the advice are good, not just for non-monogamous relationships, but relationships in general as well. I probably should have read this years ago, especially in my 20s, when I really could have used much of the advice in here. I'd say it's likely worth reading for anyone interested in or just curious about non-monogamy, even if it's not something you might be considering for yourself.
