I am obviously a fan of Kennedy Fox! I love how seamlessly Brooke and Lyra write as a duo to create such sexy, fun reads. I really enjoyed their Checkmate Series, but 2 books in and I am obsessed with the Bishop Brothers Series! If someone is looking for an Adult Romance, I will gladly recommend a Kennedy Fox book.
I live for good character development, and Kennedy Fox nails it! …not only in an individual book, but across their series. Devout readers were first introduced to the Bishop family in the Checkmate Series, and now we are getting to know them on a much deeper level, which I love! I thought I fell for these characters in TAMING HIM, but I fell even further after NEEDING HIM.
TAMING HIM was a phenomenal start to this series and ended with a sneak peek at NEEDING HIM. Readers knew we were in for some fun based on that preview! I was definitely anticipating this read, and I was not disappointed. My absolute favorite literary trope is enemies-to-lovers/hate-to-love, and I could not have been happier to have had that for Evan’s story. The hate-to-love was believable and well executed!
Evan *insert heart eye emoji* I have to admit that I was not expecting him to be quite the way he was (sorry, that’s all you get because I want to keep this spoiler free), but I loved how DIRTY his character was! Emily’s character was also amazing. She is one of my favorite KF females, if not THE favorite for me. Their chemistry was so on point!
This book has all the things readers enjoy about a KF read and then some! Honestly, I didn’t think I would love a Bishop more than Alex or a book in this series more than TAMING HIM, but NEEDING HIM was so so good!
**Thanks to Inkslinger PR and Kennedy Fox for providing me with a copy of this book. Please note that it, in no way, had an effect on my opinion or review.
