I was looking forward to this book as I’ve read other books by the author and really loved them.
Unfortunately this wasn’t at all what I expected because I was waiting for something that I didn’t get.
While the writing is good as usual, the story felt flat for me so many times, there are to many characters involved, the chemistry felt a bit forced and there are things that came out of the blue, with no previous mention whatsoever. Yes, they had history together but I felt their parents involvement unnecessarily.
I’ll probably read the next books and hopefully I can rate them higher.
