perid0t 's review for:
+ Main character and potentional love interest are older than 40, which isn't exactly what I imagined when I saw a "Miss Percy" in the title. I found the potential slow burn romance to be rather refreshing
A major con with the book is the abusive family Miss Percy lives with, one who the MC have no spine against in the first half of the book. Which is 200 pages of rather infuriating in my opinion. Realistic perhaps, maybe I'm biased in preference of a stronger spine on my leads but it didn't feel good to me.
Another thing is that the book is extremely slice-of-life, the egg who Percy gets isn't even in her care for the first half of the book. Making the story more about her interactions with her family than any egg or dragons.
