Wow? Wow. No words. A book about learning how to love yourself and treat yourself with compassion. This isn't a "clear your mind so you can be a productivity machine" kind of book. This is a "you are a human being with human feelings, and that is beautiful" book.

A lot of Campbell's ingenuity shined through here with his metaphors, and I really enjoyed the grumpy sock puppets and child-you-with the-tin-can-phone visualizations (and, like, literally everything else).

It was also a hilarious book, though I admit the amount of jokes and references was just a teeny bit over-the-top. Still, his jokes landed more times than not, so that's yet another win for him.

If you couldn't already tell, I seriously enjoyed Your Head is a Houseboat and got a lot of value out of this little thing. I get the strong urge to recommend it to everyone I know, but I know they likely will never read it haha.
